1. Check Health app permissions
- Open the Health app.
- Tap your profile icon, then Apps (or Data Access & Devices).
- Select Pikmin Bloom.
- Make sure Steps is turned on.
2. Set Location to "Always Allow"
In Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Pikmin Bloom, set it to Always. Without background location access, the app can miss activity while it's not open.
3. Turn off Low Power Mode
Low Power Mode can disable some of the sensors and background activity Pikmin Bloom relies on for step tracking. Turn it off in Settings → Battery while you're trying to sync.
4. Restart both apps, then your phone
Force-close both the Health app and Pikmin Bloom, reopen them, and if it's still not syncing, restart your iPhone.
⏱️ Sync delay is normal
⚠️ Even with everything set up correctly, Pikmin Bloom can take a few hours to catch up with your Health step count — it doesn't sync instantly. Don't assume something's broken just because today's count looks low right after a walk.
Make the most of your walks by routing through pure spots — locations where only one decor type appears, the fastest way to farm exactly the decor you want.
